Qatar-based yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork instructor Eylin Perez has extensive knowledge and experience working in stress management, resilience, better sleep, and anxiety management strategies. Having started her practice in Peru at 15, Eylin – a certified holistic life coach – integrates all her past learnings to help improve the mental health of others, and creates awareness of mindful and healthy practices that can be incorporated into a thriving balanced lifestyle.
Course Outline

Today we focus on 4-7-8 Breathing; the go-to tool for managing anxiety, falling asleep, and enhancing overall well-being.
Eylin takes you through Kalapabhati Pranayama, a powerful yogic breathing technique from the ancient system of yoga, and is widely practiced for its numerous health benefits.
Day four looks at Ujjayi Breathing, commonly used in yoga and meditation practices to promote mental clarity, relaxation, and a deeper connection to one's inner self.
Your final day introduces Holotropic Breathing. This method aims to access the innate healing potential of the mind, promoting self-discovery and personal growth.
