Course Outline

Today’s session is about developing self-awareness and identifying what’s currently blocking you from feeling more confident in yourself right now.

If you continuously see yourself as where you are now your actions will reflect that. Instead, start focusing on the possibilities. Think about the 2.0 version of yourself that is full of self-belief.

Today we are looking at confidence the other way around – working from the outside in. You can instantly feel more confident on the inside by making physical changes on the outside.

With social media as a constant in our lives, it’s very easy to fall into the trap of constantly comparing ourselves to others and feeling like we’re not enough. Comparison is one of the biggest confidence killers.

If you constantly focus on yourself and your thoughts or feelings about any situation, you will feel more self-conscious. The same can apply to meeting new people, networking, etc. It’s important to build the muscle of mindfulness.

Don’t wait until you feel “ready”. The longer you wait to do something, the chances of you doing it decrease. It’s okay to feel fear. Don’t let fear stop you; instead, feel the fear and do it anyway.

To end this challenge, we will focus on sharing tips and practical ways for you to continue boosting your confidence even after this challenge is over.
