In today's session, we’re going to touch on the subject of emotional eating and how we can replace this way of eating by adopting an intuitive eating technique.

Our relationship with food is often a tricky one. This can largely be attributed to toxic diet culture; the multi-billion dollar industry that has been telling us what we should eat and how we should look for most of our lives. Given the constant bombardment of food rules and media messages that promote body shame, it can be difficult to approach nutrition in a non-judgmental manner. In this session, we navigate the complexities of our food culture and develop a healthier and more positive relationship with food.
